Joynest was started way back in 2015 to take care for the children in Kisumu by Pastor Wycliffe Ngoya and the Shekinah Bible Baptist Church Church in Kisumu County, started by faith to help these kids. Most of them lost all their family and relatives, mostly due to HIV/Aids. Ranging from 4 to 15 years of age and many of them have HIV/Aids.
Currently the organization has 72 orphans under its care and we thank God for His provision to the Kids. All children are in good state of health and doing good in their academics despite the life challenges they go through on daily base. The love for one another and other human value and virtues displayed by this kids is exceptional and quite encouraging. We see great leaders and leadership in them.
The organization has a well developed plans to ensure each and every child in this house gets a decent food, good education and better medical care. Kids talent discovery and development by the organization remains a key pillar for the holistic up bring of any needy and less fortunate children in Kisumu. The church has help shape the future of these kids by organising music, drama, ball games and other activities related to child mind and physical development.
